Lynn Albert – VP Operations

Lynn comes to Monogram Builders, Inc. with over 20 years of experience in operations of small and midsize companies. Lynn was born and raised in New Haven County, Connecticut and attended Providence College. After college, Lynn gained valuable experience in the property management field for 10 years. While raising her two daughters, a career change lead Lynn to the field of philanthropy where she worked to improve education for children in the State of Connecticut.

After relocating to Florida in 1998, she began working as an administrator for a large tract home construction company. After being recruited by Tim Stroyne In 1999, Lynn accepted a very challenging position with Tim at Monogram, as office manager. As our head office administrator, Lynn thrives on orchestrating a myriad of activities in our office. She interfaces with everyone who does business with Monogram Builders including coordinating directly with clients, vendors and sub-contractors and employees. Using her strong organizational and management skills she keeps our ship on a steady course and running smoothly.
